Can I return the items?
You have the right to return your goods within 30 days of receiving your order.

Is it possible to exchange the product?
In case you decide that you'd like to exchange the item, send us an email to contact@treasures4home.com, briefly explaining the reason. Then we will exchange the items for you.

Can I cancel my order?
Did you place the order but then changed your mind and decided to cancel your order? Sure, no problem, we will cancel the order for you, but you have to do it as fast as possible, before it is dispatched. Otherwise, you will have to proceed with the return process.

When will I receive my order?
The order processing time is usually 1-2 working days (Mo - Sa). After the order is processed and prepared, it will be dispatched to you. You can expect your order to arrive within 4-7 working days (Mo - Sa).
